Thanksgiving favors

Another way to use TP rolls as party favors! 

This time I wrapped/glued corn husk around the roll, glued one end of the roll, tied raffia around it and added a cute label from Paper and Glitter  and voila!

 I filled the favors with candy corn. It came out so cute! The best part is that this is also a green project! ;)

Material

TP roll, corn husk, raffia, glue gun and Thanks label.

Pinecone Candle Holder

I wasn't going to craft today but after my daughter brought home some pinecones from the park, I had to make something with it! lol! Another decor for my soon to be Fall display!

 Material

pinecones, spray paint, the bottom of a soda can, glue gun and scissors

 Spray paint the pine cones

After it dries, cut the top of the pine cone and spray paint again. 

Cut the button of a soda can and trim around it.

 Glue the aluminium circle to the pine cone.

Recycle - TP pencil/scissors holders

LOVE, LOVE this project!

If you follow my blog, you know by now that I love to recycle things!

 It is so much fun to make something out of nothing! I am reorganizing my craft room and trying to make my containers out of recycled items.

So, what you do with TP roll, cardboard box and scrap fabric?

You make this:

Material

TP rolls, cardboard box, fabric and hot glue gun

Glue the fabric around your cardboard box.

Glue the fabric around you TP roll.

Glue the TP rolls to the box and you are done! How simple is that?

Up-cycle - Fall vases made from glass bottles

Little by little, my house is starting to feel like Fall Season{even though was 112F today}! This project was very simple, fast and cheap to make. 

I purchased the flowers and scrapbook at Hobby Lobby for 50%off.

Material

glass bottle

scrapbook paper and ribbons

silk flowers

glue and scissors

 Glue the scrapbook around the bottle{no need to take the bottle label off}and glue ribbon/rope around the neck of the bottle.

 I had a paper tag from a basket that I got at Goodwill and saved knowing that I could use for a project. Simply cut the scrapbook paper and glue it to the tag.

Add the flowers and you are done! COST: $14 for all 3 vases!!

Upcycle -Flower hanging vases

Just a quick and simple project I like to share with you to decorate your house at any season! I have tons of glass jars and left over fabric so I decided to make my last Summer inspired project for this year! I love summer so much but looking forward for Fall!
You can use as a table decor or hang on a wall hook!
