Very easy and inexpensive to make it! It can be use as a party favor or for a Mother's Day present!!

Mother's Day Mug Cake

This is a really cool recipe that I got while living in Brazil. Made a few adjustments to work with the American ingredients. Very easy to make and it came out very yummy!

 My daughter decorated a mug from the Dollar Store with permanent markers.

Kids will have fun decorating the mug and they can make this recipe right before breakfast and surprise Mom on her Special Day!

Note: since is done in the microwave, as soon it cools off, the cake will get hard. To avoid that, make sure you wrap your mug with plastic wrap to maintain moisture.

Within 3 minutes your mini cake is done!

My kids had fun watching it rise in the microwave!

 We got the seal of approval!

This is probably one of my favorite gifts to receive! Who does not like little hands? This one is my 2 year old son's little hand but I still have my now 12 year old daughter's hand print when she was a toddler!

Found this Beautiful tissue paper at Walmart! Spent $1.50 on it and made 4 beautiful Mother's day projects with it!!

So easy and cheap to make this paper mache box!! Kids will love to do this project!! You just need a box, tissue paper, ribbon and MOD PODGE. Fun to make and it does turn out very pretty!! 

Note: I applied 2 layers of tissue paper.
