King of The Jungle Baby Shower

Recently, I hosted a baby shower for a friend of mine from Brazil. We chose the King of the Jungle Baby Shower party supplies from Party City.  So Adorable!
I didn't have much time to plan this baby shower since it was in the middle of the Holidays but I think it turned out very sweet and cute!
The sweet table displayed both sweets and favors. My 14 year old made the adorable cake, I made the brazilian dessert called brigadeiro(recipe HERE) and purchased the mini eclairs from Costco. We served the mini desserts using the supplies from the Mini Tasting Party Supplies from Party City.
Guests took home cute favors such as Bottle Favors boxes filled with candy, I used the Baby Boy stickers and the baby feet ribbon to create the glass containers favors and wrapped almond candy using the Blue Dot Tulle circles. As prizes for the games we played, the winners took home Cute as Button Soaps, Cute as a Button Candles and/or Baby Steps Cookie Cutter. Some of the games were played were Baby Shower Bingo, Tummy Measure Game and Scratch and Win Game. So FUN!

Superbowl Party Ideas

Did you know that Super Bowl is one of the biggest sporting events of the year?  The Super Bowl is not only famous for the game, but also for the half time show and those fun commercials that run during the game. If you're thinking about hosting a Super Bowl party, check out these ideas for food, decorations, favors, and much more!

To style this table, I used the Giant Football Party Sign from Party City as the background to set the mood of our  party!
"The Party Zone"!
Make these fun cupcakes using fake grass (crushed gram crackers and green food coloring) topped with Football Icing Decorations.
Serve easy to grab snacks such as popcorn already in individual boxes and small bags of chips.
How fun are these Referee Shirt Drink Cozies? Love them!
As favors, give your guests chocolate football pops! They can eat them as dessert or take home for later. ;)
I also love adding mini tasting options at my parties. Good ideas are veggies with dip, caprese salad, a variety of olives, soups and mini cheesecakes.
Balloons always set a festive flair to any party! These Football Balloons  are just perfect!

Gingerbread House Party

Our Girl Scout Troop celebrated the Holiday Season with a gingerbread house decorating party filled with fun and sweets!

I pre-built the houses ahead of time to save on the frustration of building them at the party so the girls could go straight to the fun part - decorating them!

I got the cutest Gingerbread Aprons  for the girls from Oriental Trading and assembled them prior to the party, each girl had a personalized heart shaped pin  and  Chef Hats. The girls had a blast decorating the gingerbread houses! The table was set up as a “decoration station.” The girls got so creative and use so many different goodies that was available to decorate the house as well as to nibble on!
After the decorating, the girls had pizza, made gingerbread ornaments and dessert.  I found the cutest paper plates shaped as Gingerbread Houses to serve the goodies to the girls. The desserts were simple but cute! My oldest daughter decorated the Gingerbread House that was displayed in the center of the dessert table. The backdrop was made by covering 2 foam boards using wrapping paper. The cutest Gingerbread figures were displayed on the table along with some Candy Spindles. The girls enjoyed some gingerbread swirl pops, cupcakes, mini brownies,  jello and an assortment of candy that they filled their Gingerbread House Treat boxes with. It was a great way to get everyone into the holiday spirit!
