I had an idea in mind for my Halloween wreath. I wanted to make some of my Metal Flowers and spray paint them in orange. Got the ribbon from Michaels for 50%off , wreath from the dollar store, couple of soda cans and got to work. The funny thing is even though I like the way it turned out{I think the spray paint is too glossy for my taste}, I like it better using raffia for the bow{the glossy doesn't stick out as much}. So, it looks like that I now have a wreath for Halloween and Fall! Just need to switch the bow! Which one is your favorite?
Material
Wreath, spray paint, ribbon, soda cans flowers and hot glue

Spray the flowers and the wreath, glue the flowers to the wreath and a dd a bow! Done!
Really cute...I love the flowers! I like how changing the bows give your wreath two different looks. Very fun:)
ReplyDeleteI like the raffia bow best, too!
ReplyDeleteThat has to be one of the prettiest black and orange bows I've ever seen! I greatly prefer pretty to scary in Halloween decor, and I'm in love with that ribbon.... I adore your metal flowers, and I don't think they're too shiny :)
ReplyDeleteThat wreath looks so cute with your metal flowers. I like it both ways, but think I prefer the fabric bow best.
