Spring is almost here! I was in charge of making a Raffle Basket for my daughter's softball team. As soon as I found out about this project, my mind went spinning!! So many fun options!!! After going to several stores to find the best deals, I decided to go with the Spring theme. It is fun and cute! The basket had to have a minimum of $100 retail value, so I had to be creative with my budget! I used coupons, clearance, sale, you name it, I used it! I spent $70 and made a Basket with retail value of $120!
