Let it Hang

I had an empty wall and a drawer full of important papers from school, doctors appointments, practice/games schedules and birthday invitations. I stared at the empty wall for a couple of minutes and this awesome idea just came to me!!
It looks amazing and so beautiful!!
Now when the kids bring home important papers, I just tell them "Let it Hang!"

Letter, wooden pieces, paint, brushes, buttons, wood hand prints, fabrics, glue gun, painters markers, clothespin, recycled tomato sauce can, ribbons and string.

Step 1
cut the fabric and glue it to the wooden pieces

Step 3
cut ribbons and glue to the back of the wooden pieces

Step 4
Paint the letters

Step 5
Glue the letters to the wodden pieces

Step 6
make the hanging clothespin

Step 7
clothespin storage

  4. All the posts from March are brand new stuff! I started in March but I added stuff that I had already for the January and Feb month. So the blog did not look too empty! :)

  6. That is so cute. Thanks for linking to We're Organized Wednesday. I'm going to be featuring this.

  7. What a cute idea!! For some reason it gave me an idea for Christmas. Using Christmas colors and fabrics make it say "Let It Snow." Instead of handprints I could use snowflakes and mini Christmas decals for the clothespins.

And what would I hang? CHRISTMAS CARDS!

Yeah I'm a can say it lol.

  8. Love the colorful plaques you made for every letter! Just adorable! I also love that you added a pen holder!

I am having a giveaway on my blog. Just leave a comment to win a $27 store credit to get a fabulous organizer!

  9. Found this in my email today and it made me smile! I love the smiley face hands! I'm going to be shopping for some clothes pins and hands to create a wall like this in our house. I can always use more organization. lol!

I would love to read your thoughts!
